Red Bull Defiance - Mission Beach

The first Australian edition of Red Bull Defiance held in Mission Beach broke athletes and put them back into stronger versions of themselves. Over the course of two-days, athletes fought their way up, down, over and under the rainforests, bush, islands and beaches of the area for a total of 148km.

Red Bull Defiance is not for the faint-hearted but the athletes defied the odds in a stunning showcase of brutal fitness, resilience and grit.

Athletes included Men’s Health Editor Scott Henderson, Bondi Lifeguards Clint Kimmins, Reidy, Quinn Darragh, Gavin Stevenson and Daniel McLaughlin, Red Bull athlete Courtney Atkinson, 98 Gym athletes Kate Hilliard and Lewis Ray, 440 Run Club founders Trent Knox and Todd Liubinskas, triathlete Lindsey Lawry, Nuzest athletes Ben and Jacqui Allen and many more.
